Genesis 3:6 (KJV) ... she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat...and he did eat. People have been arguing for generations over what this fruit was that Adam and Eve ate. Some say it was an apple. Some a pomegranate. Others something else. Comparing scripture with scripture, the Bible declares it was a grape. When God created Adam, he was created with water in his blood stream. He was a blue blood. Pure. When he ate the grape, it corrupted his circulatory system and turned the water into blood. Deuteronomy 32:14 ... thou didst drink the pure blood of the grape. Ezekiel 19:10...like a vine in thy blood... John 4:46...Jesus...made the water wine. ... Isaiah 49:26 ...with their own blood, as with...wine... Gen 49:11...unto the vine...in wine...in the blood of grapes: Rev 14:20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress... If you would do a word search in the Bible studying three words: water, wine, and blood, You would see the relationship between the water in Adam's veins, which turned into blood when he ate of the fruit of the grape vine. It's all through the Bible in type. John 2:9... the water that was made wine... Rev 16:4 ...fountains of waters; and they became blood. Exodus 4:9... two signs...the water...shall become blood ... Isaiah 1:22... thy wine mixed with water... Leviticus 17:11...For the life of the flesh is in the blood... Job 15:33...unripe grape as the vine... Song of Songs 7:12...to the vineyards... if the vine flourish, whether the tender grape appear… 1 John 5:6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood... 1 John 5:8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. Exodus 7:19 And the LORD spake...Take thy rod...upon the waters of Egypt... that they may become blood... 2 Kings 3:22 ... water... as red as blood... Why did Jesus have to die on the cross to shed God's blood? To counteract the fall, when Adam sinned, and the grape corrupted his circulatory system, and the water was turned to blood. John 19:34...a spear pierced his (Jesus') side...came there out blood and water. After Jesus arose from the dead He didn't have blood in his circulatory system. Why not? Because he shed His blood at Calvary, to wash us from our sins. Revelation 1:5 ... Jesus Christ... loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood... God sprinkled his blood sacrifice on the mercy seat. Leviticus 3:8 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it (the Lamb of God, a type of Jesus) before the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron's sons shall sprinkle the blood thereof round about upon the altar. The altar was a type of the cross. So, you see why only God's blood can atone for our sin. Exodus 30:10 And Aaron shall make an atonement... with the blood of the sin offering ... it is most holy unto the LORD. Rev 7:14...they...washed their robes...in the blood of the Lamb. Rev 19:13 And he (Jesus) was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. (Jesus) Leviticus 14:6 ...the blood of the bird...killed over the running water: Leviticus 14:52 And he shall cleanse...with the blood...and with the... water... Matthew 27:24...Pilate...took water, and washed his hands...saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person... Hebrews 9:19...Moses...took the blood...with water...and sprinkled... 1 Timothy 5:23 ... no longer water... a little wine... Pure freshly squeezed grape juice is like blood chemically, and can be used to infuse into blood. A person can live on grapes only, and there is a known cure for cancer, called the grape cure.. Leviticus 17:11...the life of the flesh is in the blood...I have given it (Jesus' blood) to you upon the altar (the cross) to make an atonement for your souls...it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul! Deuteronomy 12:23 the blood is the life... Isaiah 65:8...saith the LORD...the new wine is found in the cluster… Micah 7:1...the grapegleanings...cluster...the firstripe fruit. Matthew 26:29 ...this fruit of the vine...new... 1 Corinthians 11:25...This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me. Gen 40:11...I took the grapes, and pressed them into...cup... Jesus squeezed the cluster of grapes into the cup, to make new wine, a type of his blood—not his real blood! So, Jesus shed God's blood at Calvary to wash us from our sins, and to make an atonement for our soul. This counteracts what Adam and Eve did. Romans 3:25 ... God hath set forth ( Jesus ) to be a propitiation through faith in his blood... Jesus saves us when we believe that His blood washed us from our sins at Calvary. That'll do it!
